Effective Solutions (ES) is an award winning company which excels in Biomedical innovations, IoT technologies, software, wearables and hardware solutions founded with Global Startup Labs program of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Winner of Oslo Innovation Week Accelerate in 2020, a finalist at Innovation Forum Cambridge in 2017, the representative for Sri Lanka at Seedstars Summit 2018 at EPLF (The École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne), Switzerland and multiple other awards, ES provides services on Research-As-A-Service, Prototype Development, Application Development, IoT device design and has their own open IoT platform.
ES works with the World Health Organisation under the sustainable development goals of good health and wellbeing, industry innovation and infrastructure, sustainable cities and communities and has existing client engagements with Ohira (Japan) and Sierra and prominent telecommunication companies in Asia.
Keerthi Kodithuwakku is the CEO and Founder of Effective Solutions. Keerthi is passionate about helping others build their own IoT solutions, software and hardware, and he has worked with many startups, conglomerates, national institutions as well as global organisations in particular the World Health Organisation. Keerthi has represented Sri Lanka on several occasions as an advocate for Industry 4.0 innovations. Recognised as the Emerging ICT Leader of the Year in Sri Lanka, Keerthi is also the Co-Founder of Jendo Innovations which was awarded the Best Startup of the Year at National ICT Awards 2018. Also an active advocate for entrepreneurship Keerthi has also been a visiting lecturer at two of the major universities in Sri Lanka.
Keerthi holds a patent for his innovation, a new method for monitoring vascular system health and he has won a National Science Foundation Grant to develop new technology to identify Chronic Kidney Diseases and dengue leakage stage through vascular abnormalities. BSc Eng (Honours) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from University of Moratuwa.
